Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to arrange a photoshoot?
No. We create your property film using the professional images you already have. There is no need to arrange a new photoshoot or filming day.
Can you use the images from my listing?
Yes. Simply share the link to your property listing and we can work with the images displayed there. Please make sure that you own the images or have permission to use them for marketing purposes.
How quickly will I receive the preview
You will receive a watermarked preview within three working days after we have received all the required materials and information.
What can I change during the revision?
One revision round is included. You may request adjustments to the text, music, pacing or selection and order of scenes. A completely new concept or the use of new materials after the preview may require an additional fee.
Where may I use the final video?
You may use the final video across your website, property listings, social media channels and online advertising. Once the project has been completed and paid for, you will receive the final high-resolution version without a watermark.
